One semester-long project for my master's program consisted of conducting a full website usability study from start to finish, based on data from real site users. This included conducting a heuristic evaluation, surveying site users, creating personas and user stories, running a content inventory, creating usability testing materials, running usability tests, analyzing test results, designing and testing a prototype, and using prototype test results to provide recommendations.
